Call for Papers
The Workshop on Requirements Engineering
2000 is the third edition of the
WER series, that started as a meeting
of the ibero-american community, but
since the last meeting in
Buenos Aires has attracted attention from other
parts of the world as well.
The WER design favors the discussion
and exchange of experiences.
Presentations are short and groups
will be formed based on the topics
selected for presentation.
Participation is based on submission and
selected papers will be in the WER
web proceedings. A printed copy of the
proceedings will be available for
each participant.
Papers should be submitted by e-mail,
in Postscript, Word, RTF or PDF
format.
Papers presenting original results on both research as well as industrial
viewpoints are welcome on all aspects of Requirements Engineering either
from
a product perspective as well as from a process perspective.
Selection will be based on applicability and relevance to requirements
engineering, originality, significance, soundness, and clarity. Industrial
papers should emphasize technology transfer and experimental results.
The papers should not exceed
6000 words including figures, authors
information, abstract, and bibliography.
Papers may be in English,
Portuguese or Spanish, but English
is preferred. Participants should be
able to discuss their work in English.
